RETURNS

We accept returns on most orders for store credit with a very simple process. 

Please contact us at info@ayoujewelry.com with the subject "Return Request" and provide us with your order number as well as the reason for your return in your message. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Your return must be authorized. You may not send your item back and expect store credit without our approval. 

Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid label for your return. The item has to be shipped out within 4 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) whereafter the return label will automatically be voided if unused. If you fail to follow these time frames, the return request will be cancelled. Additionally, the item must be unworn, show no signs of damage and be returned in its original packaging.

Our team will inspect if the returned item meets the requirements above and we reserve the right to refuse your return. Store credit will then be issued (via a gift card) for the amount of your return, less a handling fee of $5 for domestic orders. International buyers are responsible to send the item(s) back to Ayou Jewelry.

 

Exceptions:

Returns are not accepted on final sales items and customized jewelry (such as special orders, stamped items, etc.). Also, gift cards and gift wrapping may not be returned.

Please note, all discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code greater than 10% are final sale and cannot be returned.
