Once the return request is approved, the item has to be shipped out within 4 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) or be delivered to our PO Box within 10 days. If you fail to follow these time frames, the return request will be cancelled. Additionally, the item must be unworn, show no signs of damage and be returned in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred. We recommend you to receive a tracking number/insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Our team will inspect if the returned item meets the requirements above and we reserve the right to refuse your return. A refund will then be issued for the amount of your purchase, less a handling fee of $5.
Returns are not accepted on final sales items and customized jewelry (such as special orders, stamped items, etc.). Also, gift cards and gift wrapping may not be returned.
The same return conditions apply as with regular returns except that for exchanges, we will waive the $5 handling fee and provide you with store credit via a gift card.
